The e-mail address you provide for order processing may be used to send you updates on the status of your order, and also related product and service news. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time from these news updates, or change your e-mail settings, there is a link to do so at the bottom of each e-mail.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. If merchandise sells out, or if the order is large, delays may occur. Delays may also occur as a result of postal strike, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If significant delays are anticipated, we may inform you by e-mail.

Returns/Exchanges

Vanessa Cardui, Heroincredible, and Pink Radio Records merchandise is non-refundable.

If we have made an error and sent you something different than what you ordered, e-mail info@vanessacardui.ca and we will sort it out, but no refunds will be issued, so please ensure that your order is correct and the prices match BEFORE you submit your payment.

If your product is defective or damaged, submit photographic proof to info@vanessacardui.ca and we will send you a replacement. Please do not ship your items back to us. If you do, we will not reimburse you for your shipping costs.

Vanessa Cardui and Pink Radio Records reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued.
